Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day return eligibility window from the date of purchase. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. For any exchange or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. After review, if your request is approved, the replacement will be arranged and delivered within 7–10 working days.

If your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues, defective, or wrong items.

  • Replacement products are shipped within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • If the product is out of stock, you will receive a refund or store credit.

  • Exchange is approved only after the product passes quality inspection.

  • For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Pick-up policy

  • Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled by our delivery partner.

  • Please make sure the product is properly packed in its original box to avoid any damage.

  • If your area is not serviceable for pickup, you may need to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

  • A tracking number will be shared so you can monitor the pickup and return status easily.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, a refund/exchange will not be processed.
